HELLO!!
I have not had the chance to watch conference, but with all you have said I am beyond excited to see it!!! We have a couple of investigators that want to come!! And one of those is Jeff!! We told him to try again!! And we found out that he was waiting for an answer that consisted of seeing a vision!! Umm... yeah, we explained... because when jeff was on his death bed he says he saw God and that he brought him back.. so he changed his life and became Catholic.. so he says that if he doesn't get a vision like that one then he feels like he is betraying God... so we explained about how to know truth and i really hope he gets to listen to that talk by President Uchtdorf!!
The family seems to be in such a wonderful place now!! That just makes me so happy!!
So Mama V made a commitment for baptism on the 26th of oct!! and Brother W is getting baptized on the 19th. We also have around 15 investigators and I am feeling too blessed for my own good because really it is not because we are some ridiculous missionaries that are so amazing... we ae obedient and work as hard as we can and the Lord is working miracles through us!! This area.. no one wanted to be sent to Tangerang... because they maybe had 2 investigators.. kinda.. and everyone said it's just hard.. they would endure though it... but I have no idea why because I love it!! There are so many people here that I just love!! And through the Lord we are leading the zone in stats.
Things that made me smile!
1) We went golfing on the driving range this morning with a member that gets paid for playing golf! And he said next week we should play 18 holes and he will invite some of his friends that we can introduce to the gospel!!
2) Presents from Mama V! Haha she has made us shirts and vests and ties!! haha she is really funny but i am not complaining! (in the picture is the shirt)
3)Watching people get an answer! Mama V when we got there said... "You know what? This church is true!" :)
